TRACKING/SHIPPING QUERIES:
There is 134 backers who still haven't filled their surveys. Please do ASAP so I may process your parcels. All other parcels are cleared now. There is a handful of parcels which had encountered minor issues, so apologies about that (e.g. John from Singapore: Thanks for your support!). Locations like Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India and South Africa are affected the most and have to remain on hold for a few days longer as local shipping options are not available yet.
I received a few notifications from backers who didn't receive their tracking ID in the first place. Sometimes they get lost in the spam box and if you still can't find it there or have other shipping related queries please contact: [email protected]. It is the quickest/easiest way to stay up-to speed. Please note that the global logistics market is still heavily affected by the Pandemic so it took us a bit longer than usual to receive back tracking IDs after we had handed over the parcels to the the couriers and shipping times in general are still slower than usual to most locations (less flights available) so please keep that in mind and note that the warehouse cannot influence every process once the parcels are handed over to the couriers.

quick update on my end: 94% of all backers have completed their survey. THANK YOU. For those remaining laggards - Please kindly fill your survey so I may dispatch your orders. Update: About 95% of the orders of all of those backers who had have filled their surveys are fully dispatched and tracking is mostly submitted despite some initial minor challenges. I have test-shipped a product to myself from the warehouse to cross-check delivery times and the unboxing experience. It has arrived already and as promised I have created a useful short video with some useful comments about using and handling the product. Please go ahead and check it out and feel free to leave a comment with your opinion.
Key Takeaways: In order to maintain performance of the water repellant coating: 1. Do NOT Machine Wash; 2. Do NOT Iron. If the product was squashed during transport and arrived slightly creased. Don't worry it is made from very durable material. Just let it sit for half an hour on a table and allow air circulation to come back and creases will disappear automatically.

SHIPPING & TRACKING SO FAR:
As stated above: Ca. 95% of the parcels from backers who had filled their surveys have been dispatched and tracking IDs have been submitted so I am very stoked about this. Please note that the transit process inevitably takes longer than usual due to the fact that the global logistics markets still haven't fully recovered.
There is a handful of orders from more exotic destinations (like Sri Lanka, India etc.) which still encounter high levels of shipping disruptions locally so therefore are being held deliberately to avoid lost parcels. There is also a few "heavier" parcels with multiple items including very common destinations (like EU, North America, Singapore, Japan and Korea among others) which are still encountering some minor disruptions. The shipping agent is using their discretion to "wait it out" selectively as access to significantly faster and more reliable couriers becomes available now. Effectively, this will ensure that backers from these destinations do not need to receive parcels by backup couriers that take 6-8 weeks or longer with unreliable tracking and inferior service.
The warehouse had encountered some partial delays when receiving tracking IDs back from the couriers after they had handed over the parcels. Delays here were predominantly driven by longer-than-usual processing times at the couriers (UPS, DLH, etc) because of the out-of-the-ordinary shipment situation during the pandemic. Retrospectively I could have waited a few days longer before making the latest announcement as I had underestimated that it took much longer than usual for the couriers to push back the tracking info as the couriers are still under stress because of the current global shipping situations (usually it takes 12-24 hours and all destinations are cleared immediately with no exceptions). For those who might have been affected: Apologies if I didn’t estimate the impact of the supply chain disruptions well enough. The vast majority of orders orders is in "in transit" since a while now and tracking is properly submitted mostly despite initial hurdles.
Shipment Queries: As mentioned before: You will be able to track your parcels with the tracking link from your tracking email sent by my warehouse. For any other matters related to an active shipment you can directly respond to the support email ([email protected]) in case there is any additional shipping related questions.
